Empower@HKA ('the Network') is being established as an inclusive, international independent network to support women’s experience, progression, visibility and retention across HKA. It is a colleague-led initiative, run by the Empower@HKA leads and separate from HKA’s annual survey process.
We want the Network’s first priorities to be shaped by honest input from colleagues across regions and levels.
This survey is anonymous. Responses will be reviewed and reported to us by an independent third party in summary themes only, so please do not include anything that would identify you or another person (such as full names) unless you are comfortable doing so.
Be honest in your responses. The more open you are, the more we can build a network that
reflects what you want and need. This survey is being sent out to shape the priorities of a network built to support you.
Open-text comments will be anonymised and reported only where they help explain wider themes. The findings will be shared with the Empower@HKA leads and appropriate HKA stakeholders. Your anonymity is protected.
After the survey, we will share a summary of the key findings, what the first priorities will be and what practical next steps will follow, so you can clearly see how your feedback is being used. We aim to share this as soon as possible of the survey closing. Not every issue can be resolved immediately, but you will see what is being acted on, by whom, and when.
